Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges
You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:
- Package has accessories missing.
- Damaged or broken bottles/pack.
- Wrong product delivery.
- Expired product delivery.
Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).
Customers can request and manage returns on their own from their accounts.
In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. This may take 2 – 5 days.
In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
Returns will not be accepted if:
a. The product is damaged.
b. It is without invoice.
c. It is with tampered batch number and price
d. It is without its original packaging.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Please note that orders for Festive Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
MARKETPLACES & AUTHORISED RE-SELLERS:
Items purchased from other marketplaces/ authorized sellers and not directly from our website are not eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange from us.
Request you to please reach out to their customer service to let them know about your concern so that we can then initiate the next steps through them. This will enable us to follow the right protocol in providing you with the optimal experience that you so deserve as an invaluable customer for our brand.
